Once an order is placed, the system automatically generates a receipt of the order. Any order is subject to product availability. In case of withdrawal, Pz PAZZI will return all payments received from the User, including delivery costs, without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which the User informs Pz PAZZI of its decision to withdraw from the contract. Pz PAZZI will proceed to make said reimbursement using the same means of payment used by the User for the initial transaction, in any case, the User will not incur any expense as a result of the reimbursement.

The refund will be made in the original payment method.

The User must return or deliver the goods directly to Pz PAZZI, without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 15 calendar days from the date on which they communicate their decision to withdraw from the contract in the Pz PAZZI address indicated at the beginning of these Conditions. The User must bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Pz PAZZI will retain the refund until the returned goods have been received and once the verification is made that they have not been:

5. Breakage of original packaging or absence thereof.
