6. Orders
No valid order can be made without expressly accepting, through the boxes provided for this purpose, the terms and conditions and the privacy policy of Pz PAZZI.
All orders will be considered purchase offers subject to these terms and conditions. Pz PAZZI reserves the right to accept them if the requirements set forth therein are not met.
Once an order is placed, the system automatically generates a receipt of the order. However, this confirmation does not imply the automatic acceptance of the order, since Pz PAZZI reserves the right to collect additional information, related to identity and address to guarantee, both a correct delivery of the order, and to ensure the absence of related fraud with transactions.
Orders can be made 365 days a year, at any time, except at times when the service is suspended for maintenance or other commercial circumstances and / or force majeure.
Any order is subject to product availability. In the event that it is not possible to deliver an order due to supply problems or insufficient stock, the user will have the option of waiting until the product is available or canceling the order. When the customer decides to cancel the order due to stock shortage, once corrected, Pz PAZZI will send an email, so that the customer can make their purchase successfully.
7. Delivery
Delivery will be deemed to have occurred at the time the user or a third party indicated by him acquires material possession of the products.
The delivery time for the order should not exceed 30 days from the order confirmation date. In the event that the delivery date cannot be met, we will inform the user of this circumstance and will be offered the option to proceed with the purchase by setting a new delivery date or the possibility of canceling the order obtaining a full refund of the price paid.
If the recipient is absent at the time of delivery, a notice will be left so that he can pick up the shipment at the place and within the time limits indicated. Once the period has elapsed without the collection taking place, the shipment will be returned to Pz PAZZI.
8. Price and payment
It is understood that the price of each product is the one that will appear on the website at the time of placing each order. The user must pay the marked price, including applicable taxes, together with shipping costs, which will be added to the final price to be paid. Pz PAZZI, reserves the right, to decide in which cases it will send free of charge.
Prices may be modified by Pz PAZZI at any time and without prior notice without affecting already confirmed orders. However, even confirmed Pz PAZZI will not be obliged to attend orders when the price is incorrect, especially when the error is manifest and easily recognizable.
The accepted means of payment are:
Payment by credit or debit card. We reserve the right NOT to accept certain payments with certain credit cards.
Pz PAZZI reserves the right to change the payment methods, being able to create new ones or eliminate any of the existing ones, without the user / client of www.pzpazzi.com being able to make claims for this reason. However, if the change in the payment method affects an order that has already been placed, from www.pzpazzi.com we will contact the client to inform them of said change, offering them the option of canceling the order if deemed appropriate.
Payment by credit / debit card: The charge is made online, that is, in real time, through the payment gateway of the corresponding financial institution and once it has been verified that the data provided is correct. In order to give maximum security to the payment system, www.pzpazzi.com uses secure payment systems from leading financial institutions in electronic commerce. 9. Right of withdrawal
The User has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded through www.pzpazzi.com within 15 days after receiving the order, without the need for justification.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User must notify Pz PAZZI of his decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or email). The User may use the model withdrawal form that is included at the end of these conditions, although its use is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication regarding the exercise by the User of this right is sent before the corresponding period expires.
In case of withdrawal, Pz PAZZI will return all payments received from the User, including delivery costs, without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which the User informs Pz PAZZI of its decision to withdraw from the contract. Pz PAZZI will proceed to make said reimbursement using the same means of payment used by the User for the initial transaction, in any case, the User will not incur any expense as a result of the reimbursement.
The refund will be made in the original payment method.
The User must return or deliver the goods directly to Pz PAZZI, without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 15 calendar days from the date on which they communicate their decision to withdraw from the contract in the Pz PAZZI address indicated at the beginning of these Conditions. The User must bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Pz PAZZI will retain the refund until the returned goods have been received and once the verification is made that they have not been:
1. Damaged
2. Used
3. Washes
4. In case of footwear, marks or scratches on the soles. We remind you that footwear must be tested on a carpeted surface until you are sure that you are going to purchase it.
5. Breakage of original packaging or absence thereof.
6. Absence of any of the parts that make up the product / s.
7. Absence of original labeling.
10.- Dirty
In these cases, the products will be sent back to the customer, without making the return or refund. The product / s must be sent to Pz PAZZI in its original packaging without damage in the exchange or return procedures.
The right of withdrawal will not be applicable to contracts that refer to:
• The supply of goods made according to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized.
• The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery.
• The supply of goods that after delivery and taking into account their nature have been inseparably mixed with other goods.

Pz PAZZI reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The version applicable to your purchase will be the one published at the time your order is confirmed.
Made-to-order production
All Pz PAZZI Hexa Edit pieces are produced exclusively by request.
Each item is individually crafted for every client, combining design, selected materials and attention to detail.
Due to the artisanal and made-to-order nature of production, manufacturing times may vary depending on the requested piece.
Estimated production times will be communicated once the order has been confirmed.
Order confirmation and deposit
To begin production of a Hexa Edit part, customers will receive an Order Confirmation summarizing:
• The selected part
• The size and specifications
• Shipping details
• The price and deposit
• The estimated production time
• Acceptance of terms and conditions
Production begins only after these details have been confirmed.
The deposit secures the production reservation and confirms the beginning of the manufacturing process.
The remaining balance must be paid before the item is shipped.

Shipping
Pz PAZZI ships orders from Spain, both domestically and internationally.
Once production has been completed and full payment has been received, the order will be shipped to the address provided by the client.
Delivery times depend on the destination country and the logistics service used.
Pz PAZZI is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures or circumstances beyond our control.
International duties and taxes
For international shipments, import duties, customs fees or local taxes may apply depending on the destination country.
These charges are the sole responsibility of the client.
Shipping address
Clients are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.
Pz PAZZI cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses provided by the client.
Returns and cancellations
As Hexa Edit pieces are produced exclusively by request and individually for each client, returns or cancellations are not accepted once production has started.
Refunds
Initial deposits are non-refundable once the order has been confirmed and production has begun.
The remaining balance of the order is also non-refundable once the item has been shipped.
Due to the exclusive nature of our custom-made garments, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been completed and delivered.
However, if a customer requires alterations, we will be happy to assist with modifications whenever possible.
Damaged or defective products
In the rare event that a product arrives damaged during shipping or presents a manufacturing defect, the client must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Clear photographs of the product and packaging must be provided for evaluation.
After reviewing the case, Pz PAZZI may offer repair, replacement or an appropriate solution depending on the situation.
Intellectual property and conceptual nature
Images, renders and visual representations used to present Hexa Edit may have a conceptual nature.
Final designs may present slight variations due to the production process, materials or finishing details.
All designs, concepts and creations belong to Pz PAZZI and are protected by intellectual property rights.
12. Warranty
In accordance with the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, Pz PAZZI offers a guarantee of two (2) years from delivery on all its products and we will proceed, as appropriate, with the repair, replacement, reduction of the price or refund of the amount of the product. If you have to make a warranty claim, please contact us through the means of contact provided above.
This warranty does not cover possible breakage or wear caused by use. The consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months from when he became aware of it.
13. Customer Service
Pz PAZZI has a customer service so that the User can manage their claims, doubts, or can request guarantees and execute the right of withdrawal.
