These conditions apply to all quotes, offers, activities, agreements and deliveries of products by or on behalf of Pz PAZZI. Deviation from these conditions is only possible if the parties have explicitly agreed to do so in writing.

4. Purpose

These conditions will regulate the use of the website www.pzpazzi.com that Pz PAZZI makes available to its users and customers. The purchase at www.pzpazzi.com can be made from Spain, including the entire Spanish territory. The products that Pz PAZZI sells through its website are mainly: Textile, bags, footwear and accessories.These General Conditions have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Law 34/2002, on services of the information society and electronic commerce, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, all of them mandatory legal provisions.Pz PAZZI may modify them without prior notice, so it recommends a periodic consultation of them, even more so when you are ready to make effective use of your online store located on the web www.pzpazzi.comHowever, Pz PAZZI always undertakes to keep them up-to-date, to publish the latest version and to allow their access and printing at any time.

5. Conditions of access and purchase

Pz PAZZI will regulate and authorize the necessary permits if at any time it consents, for which it will reliably notify said authorization to the authorized agent.

6. Orders

No valid order can be made without expressly accepting, through the boxes provided for this purpose, the terms and conditions and the privacy policy of Pz PAZZI.All orders will be considered purchase offers subject to these terms and conditions. Pz PAZZI reserves the right to accept them if the requirements set forth therein are not met.Once an order is placed, the system automatically generates a receipt of the order. However, this confirmation does not imply the automatic acceptance of the order, since Pz PAZZI reserves the right to collect additional information, related to identity and address to guarantee, both a correct delivery of the order, and to ensure the absence of related fraud with transactions.Orders can be made 365 days a year, at any time, except at times when the service is suspended for maintenance or other commercial circumstances and / or force majeure.Any order is subject to product availability. In the event that it is not possible to deliver an order due to supply problems or insufficient stock, the user will have the option of waiting until the product is available or canceling the order. When the customer decides to cancel the order due to stock shortage, once corrected, Pz PAZZI will send an email, so that the customer can make their purchase successfully.

7. Delivery

Indicative delivery timeframes for products available in stock are as follows:

• Shipping within Spain (mainland): 24–72 hours.
• International shipping (including, where applicable, Ceuta, Melilla, Islands and other destinations): 3–7 days, depending on the country or destination area.

These timeframes are indicative, are generally calculated in business days unless otherwise stated, and may be affected by carrier incidents, customs clearance or other circumstances beyond Pz PAZZI’s control.

Delivery will be deemed to have occurred at the time the user or a third party indicated by them acquires material possession of the products.

In the event that the delivery date cannot be met, we will inform the user of this circumstance and will offer the option to proceed with the purchase by setting a new delivery date or the possibility of cancelling the order with a full refund of the price paid.

If the recipient is absent at the time of delivery, a notice will be left so that the shipment can be collected at the place and within the time limits indicated. Once that period has elapsed without collection, the shipment will be returned to Pz PAZZI.

Production and delivery timeframes for HEXA EDIT pieces or other made-to-order items are communicated individually before order confirmation and do not automatically follow the standard shipping times above.

8. Price and payment

It is understood that the price of each product is the one that will appear on the website at the time of placing each order. The user must pay the marked price, including applicable taxes, together with shipping costs, which will be added to the final price to be paid. Pz PAZZI, reserves the right, to decide in which cases it will send free of charge.Prices may be modified by Pz PAZZI at any time and without prior notice without affecting already confirmed orders. However, even confirmed Pz PAZZI will not be obliged to attend orders when the price is incorrect, especially when the error is manifest and easily recognizable.The accepted means of payment are:Payment by credit or debit card. We reserve the right NOT to accept certain payments with certain credit cards.Pz PAZZI reserves the right to change the payment methods, being able to create new ones or eliminate any of the existing ones, without the user / client of www.pzpazzi.com being able to make claims for this reason. However, if the change in the payment method affects an order that has already been placed, from www.pzpazzi.com we will contact the client to inform them of said change, offering them the option of canceling the order if deemed appropriate.Payment by credit / debit card: The charge is made online, that is, in real time, through the payment gateway of the corresponding financial institution and once it has been verified that the data provided is correct. In order to give maximum security to the payment system, www.pzpazzi.com uses secure payment systems from leading financial institutions in electronic commerce. In this sense, confidential data is transmitted directly and in an encrypted form (SSL) to the corresponding financial institution. The SSL encryption system that is used confers total security to the transmission of data through the network. Customer data is fully confidential and protected. Credit card data is not recorded in any of our databases. They are only used in the virtual POS (Point of Sale Terminal) of the financial entity of Pz PAZZI, through its Secure Payment Gateway. Credit cards will be subject to checks and authorizations by the issuing entity, but if said entity does not authorize payment, Pz PAZZI is not responsible for any delay or lack of delivery and will not be able to formalize any Contract with the customer. Pz PAZZI reserves the right to verify the personal data provided by the customer and adopt the measures it deems appropriate (including the cancellation of the order) so that the purchased merchandise is delivered in accordance with the data contained in the order.

9. Right of withdrawal

The User has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded through www.pzpazzi.com within 14 calendar days after receiving the order, without the need for justification.To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User must notify Pz PAZZI of his decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or email). The User may use the model withdrawal form that is included at the end of these conditions, although its use is not mandatory.To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication regarding the exercise by the User of this right is sent before the corresponding period expires.In case of withdrawal, Pz PAZZI will return all payments received from the User, including delivery costs, without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which the User informs Pz PAZZI of its decision to withdraw from the contract. Pz PAZZI will proceed to make said reimbursement using the same means of payment used by the User for the initial transaction, in any case, the User will not incur any expense as a result of the reimbursement.The refund will be made in the original payment method.The User must return or deliver the goods directly to Pz PAZZI, without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which they communicate their decision to withdraw from the contract in the Pz PAZZI address indicated at the beginning of these Conditions. The User must bear the direct cost of returning the goods.Pz PAZZI will retain the refund until the returned goods have been received and once the verification is made that they have not been:1. Damaged2. Used3. Washes4. In case of footwear, marks or scratches on the soles. We remind you that footwear must be tested on a carpeted surface until you are sure that you are going to purchase it.5. Breakage of original packaging or absence thereof.6. Absence of any of the parts that make up the product / s.7. Absence of original labeling.

10.- Dirty

In these cases, the products will be sent back to the customer, without making the return or refund. The product / s must be sent to Pz PAZZI in its original packaging without damage in the exchange or return procedures.The right of withdrawal will not be applicable to contracts that refer to:• The supply of goods made according to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized.• The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery.• The supply of goods that after delivery and taking into account their nature have been inseparably mixed with other goods.

11. Pz PAZZI · HEXA EDIT

Special Terms & Conditions of Purchase, Production, Shipping, Returns and Legal Guarantees

11.1. Nature and Exclusivity

HEXA EDIT is an exclusive conceptual edition by Pz PAZZI, featuring distinctive creations, limited production and made-to-order craftsmanship.

Each creation reflects an individual design vision, defined by innovation, meticulous attention to detail and a contemporary luxury identity.

HEXA EDIT pieces are not necessarily held in stock for immediate delivery. Production may begin once an order has been formally confirmed.

Made-to-order production does not, in itself, mean that an item legally qualifies as a personalised product.

11.2. Order Requests and Confirmation

Purchasing a HEXA EDIT creation requires a prior request through Pz PAZZI’s official channels.

Customers must provide the selected piece, size, colour, destination country and any additional information required to assess the order.

Before the purchase is finalised, Pz PAZZI will provide:

• A description of the creation and its specifications.
• The total price, including applicable taxes and charges.
• The initial reservation payment, where applicable.
• Payment terms and schedule.
• Estimated production and delivery timeframes.
• Cancellation, withdrawal and return conditions applicable to the specific item.

Submitting an initial request does not constitute a confirmed purchase.

An order becomes binding once the customer has expressly accepted the applicable terms and the agreed payment has been confirmed.

11.3. Pricing, Initial Reservation and Payments

Each HEXA EDIT creation is individually priced according to its design, materials, specifications and production complexity.

Pz PAZZI may require an initial reservation payment to confirm an order. The amount and payment conditions will be communicated individually before purchase.

The reservation payment will be deducted from the final purchase price.

Where instalment payments are agreed, the outstanding balance must be settled according to the payment schedule accepted by both parties.

Reservation payments are not automatically non-refundable. Any applicable retention will depend on the validly agreed terms, the nature of the order and mandatory consumer protection laws.

11.4. Production and Delivery Timeframes

Each HEXA EDIT creation may require a dedicated production process, including material selection, specialist finishing and quality control.

Estimated production and delivery timeframes will be established individually and communicated before order confirmation.

Standard shipping times advertised for ready-to-ship products do not automatically apply to HEXA EDIT creations.

Pz PAZZI will inform customers of any circumstances that may significantly affect the agreed delivery date.

In the event of a failure to meet the applicable delivery obligations, customers retain their statutory rights, including cancellation and reimbursement where legally required.

11.5. Order Modifications

Once an order has been confirmed, requested modifications will be subject to technical feasibility and the stage of production.

Any changes affecting the price, specifications or delivery timeframe will require the customer’s prior acceptance.

Pz PAZZI will not make substantial substitutions to materials, colours or design elements without the customer’s agreement.

11.6. Cancellations and Right of Withdrawal

Cancellation and withdrawal conditions depend on the legal classification of the purchased item and the mandatory laws applicable to the customer.

A. Individually specified or clearly personalised creations

Where a creation is made to the consumer’s specifications or is clearly personalised, the statutory right of withdrawal may be excluded under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU and the corresponding applicable legislation.

Customers will be expressly informed of this exclusion before placing an order.

B. Made-to-order creations that are not legally personalised

Where an item does not qualify for the personalised-goods exception, eligible consumers in the European Union generally have 14 calendar days from receipt to exercise their statutory right of withdrawal without providing a reason.

The customer must communicate the withdrawal decision through a clear statement submitted via Pz PAZZI’s official customer service channels.

The item must be returned within 14 calendar days after communicating the withdrawal.

Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable statutory requirements. Direct return costs may be payable by the customer only where this has been properly disclosed before purchase.

C. International customers outside the European Union

For customers outside the European Union, cancellation and withdrawal rights will be determined by the applicable contractual terms and any mandatory consumer protection laws in the customer’s jurisdiction.

Nothing in these conditions excludes or restricts rights that cannot legally be waived.

D. Cancellations before delivery

Requests to cancel an order before delivery will be assessed according to the agreed order-specific conditions, the stage of fulfilment and applicable law.

11.7. Returns, Product Issues and Legal Guarantees

Pz PAZZI is committed to delivering creations that conform to the agreed description, specifications and quality requirements.

Where a product is defective, damaged or does not conform to the contract, customers retain their applicable statutory remedies, including for personalised creations.

For eligible consumers in Spain, new goods generally benefit from a three-year statutory conformity period from delivery.

Customers in other jurisdictions retain the mandatory guarantees and remedies provided by the laws applicable to their purchase.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction or contract termination.

Where the law requires a remedy to be provided free of charge, no associated costs will be imposed on the consumer.

Customers are encouraged to report visible delivery issues promptly and provide photographs where helpful.

This recommendation does not impose a deadline that restricts statutory consumer rights.

11.8. International Shipping, Customs and Delivery

HEXA EDIT creations may be shipped internationally, subject to destination availability and applicable shipping restrictions.

Shipping charges, the delivery destination and estimated delivery timeframe will be communicated before purchase confirmation.

Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, customs clearance charges and local taxes.

Before purchase, Pz PAZZI will clarify whether such charges are included in the quoted price or may be payable separately, in accordance with applicable disclosure requirements.

Customs procedures may affect delivery timeframes.

Pz PAZZI may arrange specialised shipping, protective packaging or additional delivery arrangements for high-value creations.

The risk of loss or damage during transit will pass to the customer at the point established by applicable consumer law, subject to any relevant exceptions.

11.9. Intellectual and Industrial Property

HEXA EDIT designs, distinctive elements, names, trademarks and identifying features remain protected by the intellectual and industrial property rights applicable to Pz PAZZI.

Purchasing a creation does not transfer any right to reproduce, manufacture, distribute or commercially exploit its design.

11.10. Personalised Assistance and Final Provisions

Pz PAZZI provides individual assistance throughout the order process, from the initial request to production and delivery.

These special conditions supplement Pz PAZZI’s general terms and conditions of sale.

In the event of any inconsistency, mandatory consumer protection laws applicable to the purchase will prevail.

12. Warranty

In accordance with the Spanish General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other applicable legislation, new goods purchased by consumers in Spain generally benefit from a statutory conformity guarantee of three (3) years from delivery.

Where a product does not conform to the contract, Pz PAZZI will proceed, as legally required, with repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract. To submit a warranty claim, please contact us through the official channels published at www.pzpazzi.com.

This statutory guarantee does not cover damage or wear caused by improper use or use that is unreasonable given the nature of the product.

Customers are encouraged to report any lack of conformity or visible issue as soon as possible and to provide photographs where helpful. This recommendation does not set a maximum claim deadline and does not restrict statutory consumer rights, which may be exercised within the periods provided by law.

Customers outside Spain retain the mandatory guarantees and remedies applicable to their purchase under the laws that govern it.
